Meditation
THE QUIET MIND offers group meditation classes and one on one private meditation sessions for clients. Whether you are a beginner or have meditated for years, each class will do the following:
- Assist in bringing more clarity and focus into life and help in managing stress and the overexposure to an overactive mind by reducing TPS (thoughts per second).
- Improve your health and quality of life by reducing dependency on medications, narcotics or other distractions such as overeating, alcohol, internet addiction or other self sabotaging tendencies.
- Assist if your life, job or relationships feel stagnant by giving you perspective in how to change it or see it in a different light.
- Heal a mind that has too many recycled negative thoughts. This habit is epidemic in today’s world where people reinjure themselves over and over - often day after day - week after week – sometimes year after year - through a cycle of replaying neurotic thoughts that instill fear and unworthiness. This habit is usually instilled by parents, role models, societal norms and the media.
- Treat the core causes of health issues at the foundation of thought and intention where the Law of Attraction begins. Where as most conventional medical treatments treat symptoms, meditation is the simple more direct tool for understanding where your internal thoughts and core beliefs are not congruent with your external vision for a healthy balanced life.
- Keep you present in the moment so your mind is not living in the past with too many regrets or in the future with too many worries. Through meditation you can find your Power of Now and heal that vicious cycle of unconscious living that steals away creativity and passion for life.
All techniques, if practiced will give a new and fresh understanding of self in relation to life, others and more insight into your purpose on this earth.
