About Sheldon
Sheldon has been a resident and active participant in the community of Tsawwassen for the past several years and shares his gift of helping others through THE QUIET MIND.Sheldon apprenticed under Robert Masters, PhD in Spiritual Psychology, to open the doorway to his practice of assisting others to connect one’s foundation of spirit to the psychological, physical, and emotional so as to bring wholeness and balance to all areas of life. Sheldon is an accomplished ultra distant athlete in the area of triathlon and an ardent practitioner of yoga. He integrates this considerable background in health and fitness to assist clients who would like to bring new levels of wellness into their minds and bodies.
Sheldon’s work is fundamentally about illuminating and assisting clients to work through whatever is obstructing well-being and balance. Through compassion, humor and self-knowledge he will assist you in deepening your understanding of self and help bring awareness into all areas of your life or organization. Sheldon’s background in conflict resolution at the Justice Institute of BC and extensive managerial experience in large organizations have prepared him for understanding the complexities in building team environments and being the catalyst for change in large groups. His counseling and coaching training in spiritual psychology along with transformative techniques learned in India and Peru through his extensive experience in finding cures for his two special needs children have assisted Sheldon’s clients to be profoundly transformed through his services.
